OUR EQUIPMENT
Community Ambulance is using the latest in medical technology and operates some of the newest, cleanest vehicles and equipment in the valley.
A portion of our fleet is built on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis from Leader Ambulance. The diesel Mercedes-Benz engine and state of the art design and equipment guarantee a first class ride for our patients and reliability you can count on.
Our Stryker EMS Power Pro gurneys are safer for our personnel and patients as the battery operated mechanism saves backs and makes it easier for patients to be loaded and unloaded from the vehicles.
Additionally, part of our fleet includes The Power-LOAD™ cot fastener system, which lifts and lowers the cot into and out of the ambulance, reducing spinal loads and the risk of cumulative trauma injuries.
Community Ambulance utilizes the state of the art Philips MRx heart monitor. The Philips HeartStart MRx ALS Monitor/Defibrillator seamlessly provides advanced patient monitoring capabilities, superb diagnostic measurements, robust STEMI clinical decision support tools, and evidence-based, proven resuscitation therapies in an intuitive, easy-to-use design. Philips open systems approach to data management, called “Connected Care”, helps us streamline information to flow from Community Ambulance to and throughout the hospital for optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
Using these latest technologies ensures that our employees are given every tool to give our patients and customers the highest level of service available in the EMS industry today.
