At Community Ambulance, we want you to know we take your concerns seriously. We believe pressing issues should be dealt with in real time. For this reason, we have strengthened our Administrator On-Call Policy.
If you need assistance regarding a call currently taking place that needs to be escalated immediately, please contact our dispatch center at 702-222-9111 and ask for the Administrator On-Call (AOC). If you choose to hold, you will be connected with the Administrator on-call 24 hours a day or they will return your call promptly. This will get you in touch with a decision maker that can help with any situation immediately.
If you have request that is not urgent or occurred in the past, please contact Chris Stachyra, the Business Development Director at 702-816-1959 or email to cstachyra@communityambulance.com. Business Development will then work with Clinical and Operations and provide you with follow up to your concern.
