Robert Richardson has been involved in Emergency Medical services since 1985. He began his career as a paramedic for Mercy Ambulance in Las Vegas and was promoted to the Director over Specialty Care Services. There, he oversaw hundreds of contracts for major boxing matches, concerts, marathons, racing events and inter-facility transports. As an Operations Manager for American Med-Tec, Robert gained great insight in to the operations development of a smaller ambulance service. He had multiple responsibilities over communications, operations, and human resource functions. Robert has an Associates degree in Paramedicine, a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, and is in his final year of a Masters Degree in Executive Fire Service Leadership.
Dr. Henderson received his undergraduate and medical school degrees at the University of Utah and completed his emergency medicine residency at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. Dr. Henderson has worked over twenty years as an attending physician with St. Rose Hospital in Henderson, NV. He currently practices emergency medicine at all three St. Rose Hospitals as an attending emergency physician and Emergency Department Chairmen. Dr. Henderson was recognized in 2000 by Emergency Physicians Medical Group as EPMG's Medical Director of the Year. He was later honored by the Southern Nevada American Heart Association with the Stroke Champion Award in 2007. He has also served as the St. Rose Chief of Staff for four years and served as the Chairman of the Clark County EMS Medical Advisory Board for Two years.
Brian is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced EMS administrators in Southern Nevada. Brian began his career on the streets of Las Vegas as a Paramedic for Mercy Ambulance during the 1980's. He rose quickly as a trusted leader and served as Director of Operations for Mercy Ambulance. His forecasting, planning, efficiency analysis, and oversight of daily operations made Mercy Ambulance the yardstick by which other private ambulance services were measured. In 2001, Brian helped launch Southwest Ambulance, now known as MedicWest, as their Managing Director. Brian helped grow MedicWest from a startup to where he was overseeing 250+ medics, directors, managers, and field supervisors while responding to over 80,000 calls annually.
